HRT-71316097y@aaxa Is it new, or has it been happening for a long time because this has been happening to me for years and when my mother took me to see a psychiatrist, he diagnosed me with insomnia and multiple sleeping disorders, if this has been happening to you for a while I would recommend you go see a psychiatrist.

Made in mind with dangerous situations like running away from a sabretooth tiger.
No well designed for jobs that generate stress (and thus adrenaline) sitting at a desk. Adrenaline goes away very slowly without physical action.
My tipp:
* Run 20 meters,
* Touch the ground with both hands
* Repeat until you can't do it anymore
Takes very little time, less than you'd expect.
