Indeed... If these numbers are correct, it falls right between DDR100 and DDR266 ram modules of early 2K in terms of data transfer speed. I still use a Debian based Nas with 2 of these modules! Lol. I wonder if one day RAM and SSD will be fused in one single unit.

justmove7317yI have a PCIe one. 1000mbps like 5yrs old. It has to load a driver on startup which doesn't make it boot faster than an HDD. But after booting it's fast
