The most detailed error report I've ever had from a client. He couldn't login to his email, I asked him to send an email explaining what was going wrong, attach error messages, etc.
I got this from him:

"I can't login to my email, why"

Really?! 😑

    @JoshBent Asked if he had a different account, how else am I going to debug error messages which he can't read out because he just doesn't get it?
    He had a different email account though. I've got like 20 accounts at least haha

    HOW THE HELL DID HE MISS THE POINT?! I know by now that you had given him roughly what information you needed...

    @QueenMorgana He explained that he couldn't email so I asked him if he had another account which he had so then I told him to email me what he was doing exactly including screenshots etc etc.

    And then you receive that 😑

    From first sentence i believed that that type of clients exists.
