I work for a big bank. I'm going to say pretty much the entire Support team is incompetent.

Oh something went wrong? Escalate to devs... cuz we have no idea wtf to do and don't have the most basic technical problem solving skills...

Bunch of useless monkeys... btw guess what time it is now? And what I'm doing?

    Oh and they can't even provide the details in the first email... Just HELP!!!!! URGENT!!!! xxx IS FAILING, PLEASE CHECK AND FIX!!!

    Oh and after we try to get back to them ... They don't respond.

    There should be a global rule... If you send anything as URGENT, you better respond within 10mins when we reply....

    Just got off a chat with my team... I was going to send this message but thought better....

    Basically got our ppl on our global dev chasing them for hours, no one responded...

    "And that's why u shouldn't outsource to India... They're cheap for a reason... And well incompetence is actually quite expensive..."

    well Silicon Valley they do... just not the ones in India that come from call centers
