It is now exercise to keep my left hand flat and it reflexively clenches into a fist. Please help.

@DavidINC I think in 2018 even the most expensive tech is still so much more inconvenient than a real hand.

I'm operating under the false belief that I'll be able to buy replacement body parts by the decade when I need them. But no, I don't have prosthetics.
