but isn't it kind of fitting? he never sleeps with Tenpenny but always with others, his own organization can't execute him for the crap he does but everyone else is attempting to do so constantly, his own organization rarely has much control over him but everyone else seems to be manipulate him no problem, his own organization rarely really knows what he's doing but everyone else usually has him read and is one step ahead of his plans...
