I get frustrated when I get reports from the support team/clients

"[insert application name here] is not working"

thats all no information on which module or segment ... 😭😭

then I just waste time getting all the information ...

    I used to go to the application and say, "Nope, it seems to be working, it loaded. Anything else I can help you with?"

    All I require is a link to the specific page where I replicate the problem. But I always need to ask for it.
