If you have to interview someone for a position not directly related to your position(example: you're backend dev he/she is gamedev) , and he/she has more experience than you. What are the things you should consider? How you would approach the situation?

    I think the most important question, before even thinking about knowledge and experience:
    Is this person someone that would match up the team that he applied to. Might his character match to their already there, is he more a maker or a mender and is he collaborative or competitive.
    If you can answer those questions and think he's a good fit you'll see if he's got a feeling for quality and tech.
