I can’t believe I’m going to say this but maybe it’s time for a new job.

All I can say is really prepare for interviews. Google interview questions and learn the answers even if they are often irrelevant. I just went through a long interview process and thought that since I programmed in .net for 15 years that I could just wing it. I was wrong. You can do it just prepare and be patient.
