Has anyone tried polyphasic sleep patterns? I think I'm gonna try Everyman 2.

    In theory you should be able to sleep less in general but still get enough deep sleep and feel equally refreshed. There are many different patterns. One of the most popular is Everyman 3, which includes around 3 hours of "core sleep" during the night and 3 20 min naps. When your body adapts to this the naps become very effective as you fall into deep sleep quickly. @theScientist
