Soo I got my first email from a recruiter.. Subject: "Your Github profile " + accountname (of an account that i renamed 5 months ago which now gives a 404 btw). I'm 15 and my github profile doesnt have the "avaible for hive" Option checked. why exactly do you want to hire me again?
