Man, hate it or not, it's not really going anywhere. CSS is pretty damn swell when you really get a handle on it's quirkiness.

And someone who doesn't like frontend offering unsolicited opinions on someone else's work? Whowouldathought.

Alice's website is beautiful.

Its so interesting hearing other people racking on front end devs. People say it's just drop in libraries and installing 100 npm modules but I bet they can't position CSS or make a decent front end structure to save their life.

@rakota yeah backend devs laugh because front end devs struggle with seemingly simple tasks.

Yeah, I enjoy arranging the data, pulling it from a backend object, compiling it, and molding it to be presented, but I just cannot make it pretty. Everything I write has a white, yellow, and grey frontend. I don't even try. I know that I just can't do it.

Also if someone tells me that some feature/element doesn't work/look right in chrome, safari, or edge, I show them my genitals.
