hi everyone, apart from daily anxiety and trolls and stuff, what are the best advice you would give to someone managing project, some of things you learned in the hard way?
it woukd really be a great discussion and people can learn a lot with it.

Breathe..... It's going to be okay.... Too many projects I've managed or worked on have seen people wonder out of their professional lanes only to find themselves caught up in the weeds and way over their head. Then that trickles down to the rest of the team. Also, find a way to manage projects that fit your team and org. Too often people try to apply the latest PM hotness (agile, scrum, etc...), and force feed it to their team. Just take what works from any and all methods and just execute.
