working in IT support sometimes makes me wonder if people are really that stupid or they try to test me if i am really stupid.

@Nanos After them you get the ones that inmeadiatly post on social media about how terrible everything is and refuse all help.

people at work come to me and say they have an error and they dont know what to do. when i get over there the “error” is just an alert which is basically like “ press ok and everything will be fine”.

also once there was this guy that complained that his laptop is dead, i plugged in the charger. it suddenly turned on...

@Nanos yep been there. also we have a guy that once changed his email password 3 times the same day because he forgot it 10 minutes later.
