@calmyourtities Fair point...but here's a contra point: I have 80 work hours more than them (my best friend has 55 work hours more than them) and we're getting graded by team achievements (school project)...

For wk92, a fair few people were suggesting more team projects yet there is a rant every other hour about how awesome teammates are on school projects. You just can't win. Remember, you get out of a degree what you put in. If you have a lazy sod then either try to gain some project management experience or just get on with your degree. No need for suicidal thoughts on a project no one will ever care about in the future. Think big picture and take the minor nuances in your stride.

Well then be the leader. I had a project with two devs who I thought were useless but were just lazy to lead themselves in their tasks. Just gotta push them hard enough.
