I don't know if limiting access strictly to devs or making anyone pass a test would be a great idea. You would lose out on rants from designers, IT and noobs. I don't know if I'm against hearing what a PM has to gripe about either. A lot of them used to be devs, I'm sure they have some good rants in them.

@shittywebdev those that were devs would pass the test, though.
