@ribchinski be careful what you say about my family. True, they can be a pain in the ass, but sometimes they're good to have around.

But they are "users", so in the end it pains me to watch them use technology (my father uses IE, had 3 antivirus programs and some sort of crapware)

I usually mentally use "tavallinen kuolevainen" for non-techies. It's finnish and transalates roughly to "ordinary mortal".

The only downside there is is that the terms aren't direct opposites of each other
