Real ninjas don't need to proclaim themselves as ninjas. It is usually pretty obvious 5minutes into the interview.

I thought it was only JavaScript developers who could be ninjas? I'd love to see some of his SQL - how he justifies his claim. One of the easiest languages to make a gigantic horlicks of and totally screw your database's performance.
