Does anyone else ever drink too strong coffee in one go because they're tired only to get a headache and still feel 10 years younger

    @tosensei Too strong, as in probably exceeds recommended caffeine intake. I tend to drink a mug (a proper coffee mug) of pure espresso in one go if left unchecked.

    @BordedDev what is the recommended caffeine intake?

    @Lensflare

    "Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. Keep in mind that the actual caffeine content in beverages varies widely, especially among energy drinks." according to google's synopsis

    @retoor I do the bean juice at home since the Dutch instant/boiler coffee makes me want to throw up but when I go out I do the same, iced coffee followed by mocha

    @Demolishun so you are the kind of guy who measures coffee in barrels

    Coffee only ever tends to cure my headaches, unless I'm already severely dehydrated.

    @lorentz it‘s the cause and the cure for headaches

    @Demolishun so is that one loooooong moka, a heart attack's worth of espresso, or latte?
