Have you ever been affected by a “diversity purge” in your place of employment? Do you think it’s becoming more common, less common, or is it not a thing at all?

I honestly don't believe it's a thing. Core they this lawsuit and what they're taking about is rubbish: they used the term "blacks", instead of, say, "black people" or anything of the sort. In my experience only people who advocate advocate racist bullshit use that term.
