How does it look at the front? That's where the cables get connected/disconnected.

I've seen plenty of beautifully attached cables to the back of patch panels (typically a one-time job by a licensed electrician) that's just a complete mess at the front (daily work performed by whoever happens to have access, typically general IT workers with no formal training or understanding of cable management and with no time or incentive to do a good job).
