Some student at my school died over the weekend. People are acting surprised that I'm not saddened or bothered by it. How can I be sad over the death of a person I've never even seen or heard the name of before? Pretending to be sad or acting like you were their best friend after they die even though you've never even talked to or seen them before is abhorrent.
