A few months ago I started to develop firmware for ARM architecture. Now I only see ARM. Every project, every machine, every thing is better with an ARM.

    I have experience with atmega 8 bits and want to get started with arm micros. Which dev board do you suggest I should get started with. And what are the references you referee, tutorials, blogs etc ?

    @theElectron There are two big boards to start:
    Arduino Due: Very easy for programmers
    STM32F103C8: Fully documented, cheaper than Arduino. Plus the programmer it's cheap (ST Link v2) and easy to found.

    I see someone has not yet discovered RISC-V.

    @greyfade I hear about it but didn't found any board to try it. In my country the technology comes ten years later 😢

    @LuxARTS see if SiFive ships to you. They are the only ones currently shipping silicon, as far as I know.
