I have experience with atmega 8 bits and want to get started with arm micros. Which dev board do you suggest I should get started with. And what are the references you referee, tutorials, blogs etc ?

Arduino Due: Very easy for programmers
STM32F103C8: Fully documented, cheaper than Arduino. Plus the programmer it's cheap (ST Link v2) and easy to found. -

greyfade1777y@LuxARTS see if SiFive ships to you. They are the only ones currently shipping silicon, as far as I know.
