I get in to the office today, and I'm informed that my ceramic origami swan (https://devrant.com/rants/1231342/...) fell and broke during office cleaning.

I'm now afraid to bring new stuff into the office for my desk

How does that even happen, its literally inside the monitor stand, probably one of the cleaners brought their kids in and they smashed it, saw that many times in after office hours if its not strictly forbidden.

Oh boy, i feel ya. Not that i would have gotten anything destroyed by someone else, but a new colleague took my custom ordered Hotline Miami mug and drank coffee out of it... i kinda hate that guy now and i put my Mug in the locker now...
