    @irene I am well aware of that. My genetics already cause depression on a hormone level (low serotonine and dopamine...). That's why i do a lot of sports.

    @irene I had to force myself out of my condition i was in back in winter 2015. I had one night where i experienced sleep paralysis and had a nightmare i could not escape that pushed me towards a much more disciplined lifestyle.
