People completing Stanford + Andrew Ng's course and bragging how they know machine learning in and out while having no idea how to code simplest application using the simplest libraries.

I have done the Deep Learning course and while it has tremendously improved my knowledge about neural networks, I don't think that without practicing and coding up my own models, I could have reached where I am. Obviously, I can't compete with anyone who is working on them professionally but it sure does help in opening up new frontiers that I might wanna explore. I thank him for that.
