What's the one advice you would give a fellow dev when taking on a project with a new team?

Take time to get to know your team. You don’t know how many times going for a beer with the team have helped me realize the true personality of people. Will help you understand ho to approach each one of them. It will also help you accelerate your integration with the team (think that some of them may be working together for years).

Ps: don’t invite the php developers, those are wierdos
