My life feels like a video game dialogue where there's no right thing to say and no right action to make.

    We need more dialog options!

And the only thing want to do is quick save/load

Like one of those games that let you select a dialogue choice but their only purpose is having a tiny bit of dialogue difference, around 5 words. And then it carries on as usual.

    "decision driven game"
    "your choices have consequences"

There is not one right thing to say or one right action to make. There are many of both. Most things don't matter, so do smth, say something, as long you're not standing still. Keep going.

@tosensei it's a double bind that creates schizophrenia actually

generally employed by narcissists who are incapable of doing anything but demands to people therefore don't realize they're asking you to solve impossible scenarios. they can't put themselves in your shoes or understand the consequences of their demands, and if you can't provide context (because they deem it TalkBack or whatever) then you distress, disassociate, hallucinate creatively instead
