I got a promotion at work!

Is it weird that I don't want it because I still feel like I have too much to learn to no longer be a "junior"? I'm happy that my hard work is paying off but I'm worried that this is how bad senior devs are made.

Congrats! That's very likely just your imposter syndrome speaking. Collect that pay raise because you've earned it.

congrats! and hell no, in this industry things change and evolve every minute. nobody is truly a senior dev if you think that way.

I'm just a junior myself but i appreciate your attitude and humbleness. If the senior devs at my work had half the attitude you've got, my life would be so much easier.

Bad sr devs were good juniors too, good sr where bad jr as well.

Good and bad is always a natter of attitude and not a mattwr or skill or knowledge, just keep learning and own your shit.

Humility, huh? I would say you are one step closer to being a senior developer, a good one at that.
