I keep telling myself I'll start to learn native android development but everytime I even attempt, it's just so overwhelming!

Just purchased a moto 360 gem 2 so I want to get into watch app development or even just watch faces but can't even work out how to do anything :-(

Ugh, guess I'll have to swallow my pride and tutorial it up!

I finally decided to learn Xamarin like a month ago. And I'm going through the same. Like, yeah I know how to program. But there are a bunch of things that you need to do in a specific way in order for it to work.

So yeah, throw away that pride, it won't help you learn anyway. Curiosity and willingness to learn are more powerful tools.

Sounds like you just need a good tutorial series, I hate bad documentations and tutorials too, one of the main cases why I abandon learning some things
