    2)downloading a web browser

@tilda I hope that was a question and 2 is the correct answer

Only for testing. In the company I work IE is standard browser and all web applications have to work on this piece of $hit...

Nothing. Never. Don’t support it and never will.

Fuck “edge” too. It’s a god damn pig with lipstick on it.

    Garbage. Worthless. Useless.

    Downloading a different browser
Getting pissed off by opening my websites in it

    1) feature testing
1.1) some things just need to work in IE but I draw the line at IE11 unless for a legacy project then it’s IE8 😭

    2) downloading another browser

    3) accessing company intranet 😞

    4) the rare event an end user complains they can’t do something, usually turns out it’s them and not the browser 😂

Sadly as a target platform. But I learned to develop on Chrome most of the time and remotely connect to a Win PC wih IE for IE testing (most often if the layout is still fine, business logic is usually not a problem).

And thanks to caniuse and flexbugs, I know where the pitfalls are.
