steipilz1187yI noticed, that my hands start shaking when I drink to much coffee. So i switched partly to coffein free.
I also don't put sugar in my coffee. That destoys the taste. -

6-8 cups have way too much caffeine for your own good. The recommend maximum amount is 6mg/kg body weight/day, which is ~400-500mg/day for most. Coffee has 80mg/100ml caffeine (this number strongly varies) and if one cup contains 150ml you're at 720-960mg/day. That can be classified as high caffeine intake according to wikipedia.
My tip: switch to mate, cola or something like that, those those things don't come close to coffee's caffeine levels. I don't know if the effect will stay the same, but there's only one way to find out. -

So I can guzzle like 6-8 cups of coffee a day, should I be worried about the caffeine or the sugar? 🤔
