Changing between projects multiple times a day is as annoying as a homeless chasing you while begging for heroin money.

Today was one of these days I had to fix bugs for 3 different projects with completely different devStacks. The productivity dropped to a new low. Being a fullstack dev is awesome, but please let me do one thing at a time, so I can stay focused!

Dear boss, just fuck off with your managing skills or there will be ultraviolence soon!

    Small shop?

@dougheeren yep, 3 parttime devs, boss fulltime.
I'm by far the most experienced dev there, which leads to my problem, that I always have to fix/rewrite code or help with problems...

@PonySlaystation well helping and rewriting is half the problem, the other half if you are always helping with the same questions and rewriting g same code when they should have at least learned their lesson . Luckily I can into this issue in my previous job only.

@gitpush Absolutely... I think we make tiny progress every now and then.
In a few weeks, we will do an internal teaching, to improve development steps and communication.

I'm on a small shop too. And until you let them do it on their own this will not change. You need to pair with them or point them in the right direction and don't be afraid to make them re do it if it wasn't done well so long as you give them guidance on what needs to be corrected.
