I heard an exec at a previous job refer to linux as "legacy," on a company-wide conference call. Two weeks later they announced a massive reorg that eliminated OS-based support teams. I left shortly after that.

Well having windows in the server room could help with the cooling... And if the servers are a bit sad to stay inside all day, they can at least enjoy the stars at night.
