@Wack I am trying to get more into docker and its like, using vagrant mainly with homestead so far :)

@CozyPlanes having vagrant running prevents your computer from sleeping/hibernating if you're running windows, I had have this bug across atleast 5 different machines (it simply ignores all timers blocked etc), so if you forget to halt it before you hibernate, your pc is going to wake up again

@JoshBent it is just how windows is designed
If there is something running in chrome and you hibernate the system it will wake up again
