    I resolved to take an "eye break" for 10 mins every 2 hour of starring into the pc, maybe you should try too

    Just relax, close your eyes and idk, listen some music, lay down, anything without a screen or any other activity that puts stress on your eyes

    @KennyTheBard I know but i lose track of time... No phone, no interactions. Headphones on, coffee and my two screens 😂😂. I should definitely put an alarm or something

    Exactly the same situation! I put a note on the wall with "5 mins break once an hour". It's effective in 50% of the cases in last evening

    This was me yesterday, I did take some breaks though... but still... 13 hours... thousands of lines of code...

    Felt accomplished as fuck though.
