Today I called my ISP and shouted what the hell is your wireless service, I cannot even open youtube. Then they asked from what time you had the issue we are not able to see any data.
All of a sudden I saw I was disconnected from dongle and got connected to Wifi automatically (So i was on wifi). I feel ashamed then all of a sudden I scolded them and told yes because of your shitty service am not able to use!! :)

    You should be ashamed.
    Telling them it was their fault even after you found that it was your own stupidity..
    You should learn to think before you even called.
    Yelling at customer support people will never make them help you better.

    In fact, there is not a single thing to be proud of in your rant. You are a bad person.

    as a person who did support previously. . if you would apologies and then explain that it was your fault i would have laughed and wished you a good day ....seriously dude why do this ???

    First of all let me tell you I too belong to support domain, yesterday is not the first time. There service is so bad it will go down anytime and even the support people will say we have send the engineers for inspection but they will never come on the same day. So now tell me who is wrong? what wrong i did?
    If they dont respect others time and transparency, how can they expect from me? Last time there service went down for 2 days. So its there mistake!

    I dont have any personal grudge on support people, but dont just lie if you cannot keep up the service. If am not getting service for what I am paying for, whats the use?

    I understand, but if you say the lie how can you expect other to support you. I complained about the service, not the support people! this two things are separate. Even am working in support so if user says i need it today then its my responsibility to do that before EOD or just tell directly we cannot fix it same days but dont lie!

    Ok fine, am apologizing for it. But it difficult to tell you how misbehaves people from the same company. I didn't mean to harm anyone just making it clear your service is very bad. You all took that in wrong way, i didn't want that to happen! once again sorry!

    Hey calm down first of all. And try to understand - there service is literally bad and their support people are rude, they wont even listen you. I just posted about this for fun to tell sometimes unknowingly we do something. That ISP is a local provider where most of the time people will not take the calls and talks nonsense (I live here so i knw the mentality) dont just thnk right or wrong simply n saying. Try to understand again: My problem is with service, not the people.

    but you ranted about you calling service up and then admitting tonus it was your fault yet you didnt say that to them you shoutes at them and blamed them this doesnt help to escalate the problem all it doesnt is make you oit to be a horrible person.

    ... you gave us the facts - love when people realise they messed up and then try and blame others - think this is the second time youve realised something is your fault and try to blame someone for your actions right

    It seems today is my bad day and i should learn how to project myself properly(that i learned today). Lets break it into simpler thing, i dont know which country you belong how ISP works there. When i complained many times no one responded as its a local people handling that gateway, hardly there will be two person (dont think its a corporate envirnment) they keeps on messing with us and never listen. so i just did the same. why you are taking it very serious i dont understand

    I have my basic ethics but without knowing fully dont jump and say thats right or wrong. people puts on devrants their day2day happenings which lets other people happy, entertain and sometimes teach. But dont act think you know everything, just enjoy it and if you dont dislike it and scroll over. Dont place your thinking without knowing the truth.

    @Iamsantosh: I think if you feel the need to defend yourself in every reply to your post, you're in the wrong. If the service is so shitty, switch providers. If that's not an option, then build a list of the issues, contact the company and tell them what you're experiencing in a professional manner. Don't be a child about it. 👶

    BTW, I didn't shouted the way you are thinking, I just said since your service is very bad am not using it. I am also a human being i know the feeling, enjoy your day!
