I wish I could kill the people who do this. You can still copy paste, it adds an extra step and is infuriating.

What shows up your monitor is actually already copied and pasted to your computer from their webservers. Also, I once had a customer, who asked me to add something like this to her webpage, because that was the only way - as she thought - how a person could access the displayed image.
