@Alpham0use IIS seems to choose a port at random when debugging via Visual Studio.

@Alpham0use it's not a .NET thing. If starting and connecting to the server is automated then one doesn't need to choose a port anyway, a random port is a good choice.
I see you're a full stack developer. You should try .NET Core out. It's cross platform, too. -
MrCush1225y@RememberMe you can change the port in appsettings.json I believe. The json file that is in the properties tab in solution explorer
