SithLord8508yOf cause it can.. but it's beyond harder. Only authorized apps are allowed by default, that alone is a huge prevention. And of cause the smaller user base means fewer viruses made.
Never had a virus in my 6 years with Mac (and no AV) - I'm not wasting money on worthless protection. -
@SithLord Don't entirely agree. Next to being a back end dev, I'm also into the world of pen testing/security. Mac's are (all in my own experience) pretty easy to get in to/infect. And that you haven't noticed any virus yet doesn't mean you aren't infected!
