Set up some autodeploy git hooks and just do this:

git push staging staging:master
and
git push production production:master

(Or aliases like `gpqa` for the first.)

So easy 😊

Or, even worse, my old standby: Using ssh, vim, and nginx reload on a production box.

In an emergency I still do this, only now I run the git commit / push from the server.
