Im working on a big project with a coworker that is working remotely. Basically we chat and call every day.

Today he is in the office.
Comes in, doesn’t even look or say hi.

But did you attempt to make conversation? Maybe this person is worn out from talking to you every day and would like some time to themselves? Do you talk to all your friends every day of your life?

I don't know man, I've been working with two guys, since over a year on a big project, and the moment we found trust, we've stopped the unnecessary greetings and we concentrated on ranting, laughing and a casual bullying haha... Ever since, the friendship and team work grows with every day that passes
