    You should go with Senior Tech Lead of the Programming Department. Maybe throw Engineer in there too, while you're at it.

    @Kekica Yeah it's been 10 months and it's really chewing my sanity away. Trying to look for a new job as we speak.

    Same situation, +3y and almost 6 total and still my slip says 'Junior' - and I can't stand their bad descicions!!

    @Alpham0use I was almost 4 years only dev at company then I decided to move on. Best decision I made. I liked them as a company and I still work for them but I learn so much in that year at new company (800+ programmers). Good luck!!

    Pretty much any dev title you want. Just make sure you can demonstrate actual competence for any you claim for future jobs.
