Hey can somebody provide me review of fabric ui by Microsoft.. is it good choice??

It's a bit limited. But definitely usable if you want your pages to look like office suite stuff.

There are definitely better tools out there. Office you can't hold a candle to material h
Ui or semantic UI.

Make sure all your features are already present. Hacking their framework or adding new features is a shitty experience
