It's a shame these kind of guys go under the radar, everyone mourned Steve Jobs when he kicked the bucket, no one gave a damn when Dennis Ritchie passed no long after (inventor of C programming language and Unix). Very few laypeople know who Tim Berners-Lee is either. It frustrates me no end.

These guys are foundational to the tech landscape of the modern age.
