    No its not.

In our workplace there is a rule: We don't disturb each other from 8PM till 7AM unless that is a crucial bug/production issue that needs our attention.

We are all freelancers but we all have strict rules that applies when we are out with our families/friends.

Dude. You’re good. She was just asking what time is best to talk.

I don’t think she wanted to get into details without giving you a chance to prepare.

If part of did not want to have a chat at 11pm that’s ok.

    @kunashe @potata I don't know guys
But I feel she is pissed off
I genuinely don't want to do that
I have msged her that I was waiting for her call
She read it but didn't replied

@njpugh90 I should have done that man
    I shouldn't have replied anything
    Or called her right away
I think she felt I was showing attitude or something
    I don't know

@cybergod That's not attitude, that's enforcing a normal work / life balance. If she's not happy with that, I wouldn't want to work with them in the first place. That's a definite red flag.

Next time don't even bother replying until your work hours.

Most people switch their phones off after 10. There's nothing wrong with saying you're not available for business.

Understand this. You work under contract for money. You owe your employer nothing extra. It's just business and no one else cares any more than that.

If you want to send a gentle reminder mail about the assignment. Not really necessary tho.
