Hopefully by boss is sympathetic with the week I've had and lets me ignore it.

Depending on the country and your contract, if it's not during your normal hours, you are free to ignore it.

I charge three hours initial rate on weekends. Even if it's a 10 min job.

And double(or more) rate per hour after that.

Put that on the invoice come Monday, and most customers stay away from calling you on weekends.
