Not really a rant, but an observation. As programmers we get to create realities for computers through programs. There are some fundamentals, like IO, memory, disk...but the creative power is enormous.

I was just thinking about this the other day. Or about how a simple computer, can be combined with parts from other computers and you can create a global network with clusters, nodes, redundancy, load balencers, etc.

Best part, it can do WHATEVER you dream of :)

So you are basically saying that we are the matrix and the poor computers are the race we have enslaved by confiding them to our preludes of reality!?

Hmm I wonder if they have already found their chosen one!
