also atom runs quite smoothly under Ubuntu, fedora, arch, opensuse and Gentoo, -
@ravitripathi - I like VS Code. It's got some really great extensions and you can debug a lot of things right in the editor. I like the built in terminal (or command prompt) and just about everything you'd want is customizable.

@Orn- oh. sorry don't know about it's Specifics. I dislike atom because it's practically unusable on 1080p displays. And if you disable scaling, everything is grainy. VS Code and Sublime Text work perfectly.
