Just a reminder guys especially who do agile(scrum). TEAMS SHOULD BE HIGHLY ALIGNED BUT LOOSELY COUPLED!

But the whole company is one big team so really it makes sense for the whole company to do one big scrum together right? 🤔🤔🤔

@HollowKitty I do agree. But of course, with that analogy, a department should act like a single entity (person) and has the attitude for being cross functional and create and maintain strong communication to his/her teammates(other department), which is most of the time not.

@bhanung43 ah, I was being sarcastic. This is the logic of my current company and it's why our "scrum" takes over an hour. Luckily they're not totally crazy so it's only once per week but most of the info is totally irrelevant for me.

@HollowKitty well, we're the same. my problem tho, we know that it's no longer scrum, so we are trying so hard to improve but we always end up compromising becase of the management(marketing). We are agile and so the requirements but not the deadline! hahahuhu

@bhanung43 changing requirements without changing deadlines has definitely been a problem for me in the past, but I've been pushing back and we are starting to fix our change management process. I think it'll make a big difference in my quality of life and sanity 😊
